Drinking with guests every night, will the body be able to handle it?

At 1 AM, I was sitting at the bar with some foreign guests who just wouldn't stop drinking 😅 I had to keep up with them. Every time they ordered another drink, I just smiled at them, but I was thinking to myself that I needed to be careful not to overdo it 555. After working late like this, I always feel a bit swollen in the morning, like I've been through a lot. If it weren't for the customers, I probably wouldn't drink this much; I would rather rest.

As you know, drinking is part of this job. Making the customers happy is important, but I also have to be careful about myself! The technique I use is to mix in some soda or anything else to lighten it up a bit, so I don't have to go all out. This way, I can still work without feeling dizzy at all.

On days when I really drink heavily, I recommend taking at least one day to rest and try to drink a lot of water, along with some vitamin C. This helps the body recover faster 🙂 I feel like if I get too carried away having fun with the customers, it’s just not worth it if I can’t handle it the next day and end up not working well 😭

I’ve done that before too. I was sitting and drinking with a close guest until 3 AM, haha. I felt bloated as well. But if there’s no guest, I wouldn’t drink. In the past, I used to relax a lot more, but work is work, right? 😅

I think drinking often like this isn't good for yourself. Sometimes, if guests aren't drinking, it might be nice to just chat and have some fun instead, so you don't have to drink every night, haha. It helps reduce the bloating in the morning, right?

I think if you drink too much, it's not good. It would be nice to tell them to drink lightly sometimes, or maybe try serving some fruit juice or plain sweet drinks between the drinkers? The body needs to rest too! 😊

I've experienced this too. When I worked at the shop on Soi 11, I would drink with customers almost every night until 2 or 3 in the morning. I felt puffy as well. But if there were no customers, I would probably just sleep to regain my strength, haha. My body really can't handle it! 🥴

I used to be like that too. Back then, when I worked at Soi 6, I would drink along with the customers like this. In the morning, I would be really swollen, but I just laughed it off, right? Because if I didn't drink, there would be no customers, haha. So I had to find some time to rest.

We've had our share of heavy drinking too, haha. But once I started feeling a bit dizzy, I cut back a bit. Now I just drink enough to have fun. If I don't drink heavily, my body feels so much better! 😊

I've had this experience before too, when I was at the bar drinking with guests every day, haha. Sometimes I feel a bit swollen as well. Especially since I hardly get any rest, I wonder if my body can handle it, right? 😅

We've had a phase like that too. Some nights we have to drink along with the guests a bit 😅 Then afterwards, I feel all puffy like I've been beaten up. Is there any way to recover quickly? 555

Yes, exactly! Sometimes we have to drink along too. I've experienced morning swelling as well, haha. Don't forget to take breaks, okay? Take care of yourself!

I think drinking a lot isn't good. Sometimes it can be harmful to your health. Try to take a break or avoid heavy drinking, so you won't feel bloated like that, haha.

If it were me, I would cut down on the alcohol a bit. Maybe just drink enough to have fun, not to keep up with the guests that much 😉 Our health is the most important thing. Who will take care of us if we get sick? Haha.
