The drink sales have dropped badly.
Today I feel like my commission has decreased a lot. The shop is taking too much. I guess customers aren't drinking much. Mama (the boss) came and told me to adapt. Sigh 😢 I've been trying to increase sales, but the salary is really low. I don't know what to do next.

Oh, it's not dinner, Mama! 😆 If there are days with no customers, just be a little prepared, okay? It'll get better again soon, haha. Do you have any plans for new promotions?
Why not get the customers to drink a lot? 😂 Maybe adapt a bit and serve some instant noodles! Haha! That way, you can relieve some stress. 555
Which shop do you work at? I've also experienced a drop in sales during the slow season. Have you tried changing up the promotions? Or do you have any methods that have helped boost sales before?
Yeah, it's true. If the commission keeps getting lower like this, I don't think the boss understands how hard we work at all, haha 😆 How about letting customers try for free? Maybe they'll get hooked and come back to buy more!
Try to find a place that has drink promotions. Some places offer discounts or campaigns to attract customers, which can help increase sales. Additionally, consider introducing new menu items or promoting on social media as well. That should help! 😊
Does the shop have any promotions to help boost sales? Or do customers mention any drinks they particularly like? I think it would be good to ask the customers, just in case you get some valuable feedback! 😊
Let's look at it from another angle. If we offer free food and the customers don't come back to buy anything, it could end up being a bigger loss, right? Haha. I think we need to find a way to make customers really want to buy instead.
Try using the Money Lover app to help manage your expenses. It will give you a clearer overview of your income and expenses. Or you could try promoting new menu items that attract customers, in case it helps increase sales!
Haha, that's true! Mama is everywhere! How should we come up with a great promotion? I want to help boost sales too!
We suggest creating new menus or adding special promotions! Haha, it might attract new customers and boost sales. Just make sure the drink discounts don’t dampen anyone's spirits!
Oh no, our shop is facing the same problem! Haha, it seems like customers have disappeared completely. We really need to find a way to bring them back! I'm cheering for you! 😄
How about telling customers about a buy 1 get 1 free promotion? Or you could organize an activity for them to join in on the fun. A good promotion might attract more customers! 😊
We experienced something like this when we worked at Soi 6 too. Sometimes, trying to organize special events or promotional discounts might help attract customers. If you can, give it a try! 😊
We've encountered something like this before. At that time, the restaurant deducted a lot for service fees, and there were only customers who kept ordering without making any purchases. I suggest trying to sell special drinks to see if it can attract more customers.
How about promoting some new drinks? Maybe customers would be interested in unique menu items, or you could have a discount during Happy Hour. It sounds worth a try! 😊
Yes, we need to find a way to bring customers back, or else it's over, haha! I’ll have to look for some good tips to try out!
I've experienced something like this before. At that time, I was working in Sukhumvit, and the number of customers decreased. Plus, the shop took a lot of commission, so I had to adapt by finding new things to attract customers, like various promotions. Maybe you could try doing something like that; I think it could help.
Oh! If that's the case, we need to start advertising the promotion for customers to drink right away, haha. Keep going! The challenge for us is to adapt, and there should be many ways to increase sales!
Try using the Kept app to help track your expenses. This way, you'll know where your money is going, and you might find opportunities to increase sales from customers who don't drink as well. I've encountered this before too; we just need to adjust our plan a bit! 😊
Absolutely! When we encounter situations like this, we have tried running promotions for customers to encourage them to drink more. It worked to some extent, but we also need to do some marketing, haha. Give it a try and see if it helps!
I’ve experienced this before when I was working at Soi 6. During times when customers weren’t drinking much, the manager would have us run a crazy discount promotion and sell unusual cocktails. It really attracted guests! I think we should look for places with new promotions to build on that, right?
