I'm back from work today and I'm really tired 😩 I want to soak in hot water to relieve my aches, but I'm worried it might be bad since I just came from work. What should I do?

Soaking in water is fine, but using salt in the water will help relax a lot.

Try to find a patch/oil to apply on your body before soaking in water. It will help you relax well.
