Things to ask before signing a contract for a new shop.

Before deciding to work somewhere new, you need to ask very clear questions. Like, what are the opening hours? What is the compensation like? Do we get a commission? And if we massage or serve, are there any additional bonuses? What is the work environment like? Are there employee benefits? Otherwise, it might not be worth it. So, make sure to think it through well, okay?

But sometimes asking too much might make the shop owner not like it. I think it's enough to ask only the really important things. There might be things we need to try and experience ourselves too, right? Haha.

I used to be in a situation like this. At that time, I worked at a place in Silom, open from 6 PM to 1 AM. The pay was good, but there were no bonuses at all. I was really disappointed and thought about going to another place. You should definitely ask clearly before signing the contract.

Hmm, there are many things that should really be asked, like about the commission paid to employees. Is there a percentage for us as well? And is there food or accommodation provided? It's really interesting!

We've experienced something like this too. At that time, I was working at a shop around Thonglor, which was open until 1 AM, but the compensation wasn't very clear. There were bonuses only during the festival seasons. Make sure to clarify everything before signing the contract, okay? Otherwise, you might regret it later. 😊

I used to work at a shop that offered massage bonuses, but it wasn't really worth it. In the end, I decided it was better to leave, haha. You really have to be careful and think things through to avoid wasting time.

Asking a lot is great! Haha, that way you won't regret it later. If you find a shop that gives a lot, I can tell you it's totally worth it!

I've been in a situation like this before. At first, I worked at a place without asking for clear details. When I actually got there, it was really bad—both the working hours and the pay were terrible 😂 If you start a new job, don't forget to ask for clear information!

But sometimes the details you ask for don't have to be everything at once. I think it's okay to ask gradually, like the workplace might be better than you think or have an atmosphere that you like. This could make you feel more at ease.

Actually, I think sometimes asking too many questions isn't good because it might make the shop owner feel uncomfortable. But it's better to ask about the really important things, like compensation and working hours first. If the shop is okay with it, then go ahead and give it a try! 😊

Well, asking a lot isn't wrong, just make sure you feel safe before starting work, haha. But yes, if everything is okay, don't overthink it! Good opportunities might slip away!

Actually, if it were me, I would ask about the overtime pay too. There might be a surprise, haha. And sometimes, the shops that open early might have more customers, right? The compensation would be worth it!

But if it were us, it's better to ask clearly first, right? Like, the bonuses at each shop are really different, haha. So which shops have good value for massages?

But if the shop opens late, sometimes there might be fewer customers, haha. It would be good to ask about other expenses too, just in case there are unexpected costs.
