How to win back a casual customer?

At 2 AM, it's super busy! Walk-in customers are filling the shop. The effective method is to remember the customers' names and faces. If we greet them by name, it makes them feel a bit special, which will help them come back more often. Also, talk to them about what they like, maybe food or something like that. Just a little bit should be enough.

And another very important thing is to provide the best service possible, whether it's a massage or conversation. Try to make them feel as relaxed as possible. Don't forget to pay attention to little details, like serving a little sweet drink after the massage, regardless of how much time it takes. They will definitely appreciate that! 😊

I like to do what you mentioned too! Remembering their name and greeting them makes it feel like we care, right? Also, if we can talk about things they like, they'll definitely come back again, haha!

I think the style of remembering names is very important. But sometimes, adding little promotions for customers can be interesting. If you see them coming often, try asking them which menu items they like so we can adapt them to their taste, right? 😊

We do the same thing too. It helps customers feel more valued. I recommend trying out a customer data recording app, like LINE Official Account. It makes it easier to remember customers' names and preferences, and it's not complicated for both us and the customers at all! 😊

I think sometimes customers might prefer the atmosphere of the shop more than our name. If the shop looks interesting, they will come back on their own. But don't forget to smile at them too, because sometimes just a smile can make customers feel good. 🤗

Try sending him a message after he leaves the shop. Say something like, "Thank you for stopping by!" or ask which menu item he liked best. This might make him feel good and come back again, haha. If there are any good promotions, let him know too, so you can have plenty of returning customers!

I've experienced this too. When working at 2 AM, sometimes I have to remember the names and faces of clients as well. I also try to engage in conversations about their interests. I've had clients reach out to me for a long time because I remembered them, haha. Give it a try!

And if the customer returns again, is there anything extra that could impress them? Or do you have any special strategies to add? 😊

That's a really great way! And if any regular customers come in and say they want something, what do you suggest? Something special that makes them feel better?

I also had to remember the names and faces of customers when I was working in Soi 6. I would try to greet them by name too. I've noticed that customers have been coming to the shop more often, which is a good method, right? Maybe we could ask them why they come here and have some fun conversations! 😊

For a big order, you have to do everything and run around a lot, haha. Just remembering names isn't enough; you also have to remember what they eat! Do you know that even we, the queue managers, have to rely on our memory just as much, haha?

Actually, I think it's not necessary to remember everyone. Sometimes just saying hi can make them interested. 🤗 Some people prefer good service without needing to remember names too much. Haha!

That's right! If customers like the atmosphere, that's great. We used to have regular customers because the shop is really chill. 😊

Absolutely! If we create collectible cards for them each time they come, it could make things more interesting. We could even let them choose their prizes with it. That sounds like so much fun! Haha!

How about having a little promotion, like a 10% discount on the first meal? Or on nights when there are great food tips, we could add a campaign to encourage them to invite friends too. It might make them feel like it's more worthwhile! 😊

That's true! We might need to remember the names and faces of the customers, but don't forget to talk about other things too, like food. I can tell you, if we can do it like this, the customers will definitely be impressed! Haha!

Are we focusing on making them like us? Haha. If we have the chance, should we do something special like taking them out for a photoshoot? That way, they’ll feel that we’re thinking of them, right? 😊

You might consider offering special services or time-limited promotions. Plus, always speaking with a smile could be appealing. It might leave a stronger impression on them, right? 😊

Wow, just a 10% discount isn't enough! There should be a referral program where if you bring 3 friends, you get 1 free! Haha, if a walk-in customer likes it, they'll keep coming back for more!

But what if we send a message and he doesn't reply? Won't that make us feel a bit anxious? Sometimes we need to give him a chance to reach out first, right? Haha.

We've experienced this too. At first, I didn't really remember the customer, but once I started greeting them, they were really happy. It made them come back to the shop more often. Just a little small talk can really help! 😊

We've experienced something like this too. If you really want the customer to come back, try asking them what they liked before; that could help. Or do you have any collectible cards for them? That might make it more fun, haha!

Haha, exactly! We need to remember both the name and the menu completely. For a big order like this, we might need a customer ID card, you know? Hehe.

Absolutely! I need to write down the names. I guess I should keep a notebook next to me, haha. Sometimes I might remember the food they like and serve it specially. They'll definitely come back!
