ThaiQueens.com ("we") respects your personal data. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, how long we keep it, and what rights you have under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).

1 Information We Collect

Account	Email, password (stored as a one-way hash — never readable), name, nickname, member type, gender
Google Sign-In	Google account ID, name, email, profile picture. We never receive or store your Google password.
Job Applications	Which shop you applied to, the name used, application status, timestamp
Saved Items	Shops you bookmarked
Community	Posts and comments you write, display name, anonymous flag
Access Logs	IP address, browser User-Agent, referring page, selected language, pages viewed, and clicks on shop contact buttons

We do not collect credit card numbers, national ID numbers, passport details, or any financial information.

2 How We Use Your Information

Create and manage your account, and authenticate you at sign-in
Deliver your job application to the shop you selected
Display your posts and comments in the community
Prevent repeated failed logins, spam, and abuse (using IP address)
Analyse aggregate traffic statistics to improve the site

Legal basis: your consent (account creation and job applications) and our legitimate interest (security and statistics). We do not use your data for personalised advertising.

3 Sharing With Third Parties

Google LLC	Google Sign-In (OAuth) and Google Fonts loading — your browser contacts Google servers directly
Hostinger	Hosting provider that stores the site's data

Beyond the above, we never sell, trade, or rent your personal data, except where required by Thai law.

4 Cookies & Browser Storage

Name	Purpose
PHPSESSID	Session cookie — keeps you signed in; expires when you close the browser
tq_age (localStorage)	Remembers that you confirmed your age. Stored only on your device; never sent to our server.

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

5 Data Retention

Account data — kept until you request deletion
Applications and saved items — deleted together with the account
Posts and comments — can be removed individually on request
Access logs (IP, User-Agent) — kept for security and statistics, then deleted when no longer needed

6 Your Rights Under PDPA

Right to access and obtain a copy of your data
Right to correct inaccurate data
Right to erasure and account deletion
Right to restrict or object to processing
Right to data portability
Right to withdraw consent at any time

To exercise any of these rights, email support@thaiqueens.com from or referencing your registered email address. We will respond within 30 days, free of charge.

7 Data Security

The entire site is served over encrypted HTTPS
Passwords are stored as one-way hashes — our staff cannot read them
Failed sign-in attempts are rate-limited to prevent password guessing
All forms are protected against cross-site request forgery (CSRF)

8 Age Restriction

This site is for persons aged 18 or over only, in line with the Entertainment Places Act §16 and the Labour Protection Act B.E. 2541 §50, which prohibit employing anyone under 18 in entertainment establishments. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If we are notified that a minor has registered, we will delete the data immediately.

If we revise this policy, we will update the date below and post the change on this page. Please check back periodically.

Please Note

Never share your national ID, passport, bank account number, or private photos with any shop or contact before verifying them. Thai Queens will never ask you for these.
