Drinking with guests every night, will the body be able to handle it?

Lately, I feel like I've been drinking with guests every night and I'm starting to reach my limit 😅 I'm getting annoyed with myself too. But being in this industry, it's hard to avoid. Especially when there are fun guests, I just can't say no. But I think if I don't take better care of myself, I might run into problems later. I need to find ways to take care of my health better.

We understand that it's fun, but if you don't take care of yourself, it can really lead to problems. Try to find time to exercise or drink plenty of water while working. It will help your body recover faster. 😊

Actually, I've tried doing this too. While drinking, having some water in between really helps extend the time and prevents feeling too dizzy. If you have some time, it would be great to try exercising at a gym nearby! 😊

I've felt this way too, haha. Try to find some time to relax for yourself, okay? Or if you're drinking, make sure to drink plenty of water as well. There's a Health app that helps track your health really well. It should help a bit!

But if it were me, I wouldn't drink every night. It's really exhausting, and it can lead to health problems. Try to take good care of yourself; looking for good health is better, right? 😉

Try to find some time to rest, and don't forget to drink plenty of water. It helps your body recover faster. We use the Happy app, which also helps track good health. Give it a try! 😊

I’ve felt this way too. Try to find time to rest or drink plenty of water, okay? And is there any method you’re thinking of trying now? 😊

Haha, that's right! Drinking a lot of water really saves us. Normally, I try to be careful, but sometimes guests just have too much fun to resist! Haha!
