Work Story Anon(Author)

I've been doing this for 2 years, sharing it with the younger ones.

In the past two years of working in this industry, there have been many stories. Adapting to all types of clients is very important. At first, I felt shy, but after gaining experience, I realized that listening to clients and making them feel comfortable helps a lot.

A technique I want to share is to use playful communication, like joking and telling funny stories to make clients laugh. It really helps create a positive atmosphere, and I have fun too! And don’t forget to save a little money each month using the Kept app to make saving easier.

Finally, I wish everyone good luck! Because some days can be tough, but if we keep going, there will surely be good days ahead. Keep it up! 💪💕

We have been doing this for 3 years now. There are many stories as well, haha. What kind of customers are the most fun to work with? Do you have any other techniques to share?

We've been working for 2 years too. Sharing funny stories with clients really helps a lot. It makes them feel so relaxed! 😄 Sometimes, even a little joke can really improve the atmosphere!

This is very interesting! I completely agree with this technique! How do we communicate with each type of customer? Do you have any examples to share? 😊

Do you have any good jokes that you often use? I’d love to get a few more ideas! 😄

Each type of customer has different ways of communicating. For customers with a good sense of humor, we joke around with them, but for serious customers, we speak a bit more formally. 😊 So, what types of customers have you encountered?
