Met some strange customers who are acting stiff; I don't know how to handle it.
I encountered some strange customers who act a bit stiff, and I'm not sure how to handle them. 😅 Sometimes I try to help them talk or joke around in a funny way, but some people say that I'm not fun at cheering for beer, which makes me have to add more tricks. 🤔 Do you guys have any techniques? Please share!

I can tell you that telling funny stories works really well. If you’re close, they’ll feel more at ease, haha.
